Complaints and Feedback
PBS ABA UK welcomes feedback and takes concerns seriously. Raising a concern will not affect your right to be treated respectfully or considered fairly for an appropriate service.
How to raise a concern
Use the Contact PBS ABA UK form and select:
Complaint or feedback
Please include only the information needed to understand the concern, such as:
- what happened;
- when it happened;
- what you believe went wrong;
- what outcome you would like;
- any relevant communication or reference.
Avoid including detailed child information, medical records, safeguarding accounts or videos unless these are specifically requested through an appropriate secure route.

What happens next
Your concern will be recorded, reviewed and responded to fairly.
You may be contacted for clarification or further information. The response will explain the outcome, any action taken and any further route available.
Data-protection complaints must now have a clear route and be acknowledged within 30 days under the current UK complaints requirements.
Urgent concerns
PBS ABA UK is not an emergency, crisis or safeguarding service.
Where there is an immediate risk of serious harm, an urgent medical concern or an active safeguarding concern, seek appropriate urgent local support rather than waiting for the complaints process.
Professional concerns
Sim Shamu is a Practising Registrant of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis.
Where your concern relates to possible professional or ethical conduct, you may use the current UK-SBA complaints procedure. UK-SBA asks complainants to read its complaints procedure before submitting its official complaints form.
